Delivery Timeframe:

Custom Serenity Woodworks strives to deliver products in a timely manner. Our typical delivery timeframe is within 8-10 weeks (subject to change) from the date of order confirmation/payment. However, this timeframe may vary depending on the complexity of the product and current order volume.  Serenity Woodworks reserves the right to modify the completion date.

Shipping Methods:

We offer standard shipping for all our products. Expedited shipping options may be available upon request, with additional charges applicable.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package. These costs will be clearly displayed at the time of checkout.

Delivery Notifications:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email along with tracking information to monitor the delivery status of your package.

Delivery Address:

Please ensure that the delivery address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. Custom Serenity Woodworks will not be held responsible for any delays or additional charges incurred due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

International Shipping:

We currently offer shipping within the United States only. For international orders, please contact our customer service team for assistance and alternative shipping arrangements.

Return Policy:

 

Eligibility for Returns:

Serenity Woodworks does not accept returns or cancelations of custom work.  If items are damaged in shipping please contact Serenity Woodworks for resolution.  Completion dates that adjust are not subject to full refund unless authorized explicitly by Serenity Woodworks.  Fees may be applied for any possible refunds. 

Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Refund Process:

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or a refund, including any necessary return shipping costs.

Custom Orders:

Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. In such cases, please follow the procedures outlined above for returns and refunds.
