Made-to-Order Products

All Serenity Woodworks products are custom-made to order. Due to the handcrafted nature of our work, each piece is unique and production begins shortly after your order is confirmed. Standard lead time is 9–11 weeks from order confirmation, unless a firm delivery date has been agreed on in advance.

Cancellations & Changes

Because production begins quickly after payment, cancellations or design changes must be requested within 48 hours of placing your order. After production has begun, we are unable to accept cancellations. Please review all details carefully before completing checkout.

Returns & Defects

We stand behind every piece we make. If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will repair or replace the item at no charge.

Because our products are custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns for reasons of personal preference or ordering errors (incorrect size, wrong name spelling, etc.). Please double-check all engraving details before submitting your order.

Shipping

We ship within the contiguous United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery state. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once your order has been handed off for delivery.

Rush production is available for an additional fee and moves your order to the front of the queue. Rush orders still require a minimum of 3 days before they can ship.

Payment

Payment is collected in full at checkout via Square. All prices are in US Dollars. We accept major credit and debit cards. For large or complex custom orders, we may issue an invoice with a deposit structure — contact us to discuss.

Intellectual Property

All custom artwork, design files, and product photography created by Serenity Woodworks remain our property. You are welcome to photograph and share your finished product on social media. Please tag us — we love seeing our work in its new home.
